| Square 7 Business Consulting was founded on the premise that running an organization effectively is rewarding, fun, and does not have to be complex. Over years of experienceand through various industries, we have been able to simply divide any business or organization into “7 Silos”, start defining the targeted goals for each silo, and work towards those ends. We have assisted and coached all sizes of businesses and organizations by assisting at the Executive, Operations, and Marketing levels. In our view, life is meant to be fun and while running an business or organization is serious stuff at times, the quality of the lives of the people we coach is important to us. At Square 7 Business Consulting, this means they are well-rounded and have great lives.The 7 Silos look at all aspects of these goals working towards a comprehensive “ideal scene” for any individual, partnership, and/or larger organization.Founder, Bret Snyder started his journey in 1989 in the medical industry and moved into the real estate field in 1999. Over the years his quest to improve himself and to be there for those around him, led to the development of a viable system of business coaching- a methodology that empowers those who work within the system to meet their personal goals and the goals of the entire organization.Located in Bozeman, MT Bret travels and consults remotely for companies in Montana and all over the United States. At Square 7 Business Consulting we look at the existing scene and position of any organization, and then allow them to assess themselves through a questionnaire that tells us what they currently think of themselves. We use this to produce a course of action with the organizational leaders, as well as factor in the operational state to get to optimal results.
